Ability to facilitate students' individual and collaborative use of technologies (including but not limited to spreadsheets, web page development, digital video, the Internet, and email) to locate, collect, create, produce, communicate, and present information.

The 21st century classroom offers enormous benefits never available to earlier generations, but with those benefits, comes expectations. Students must learn to collaborate with peers to complete assignments and solve problems. The Web 2.0 resources used as well as other selective technologies seemed to be fitting for the age level taught and appropriate use for the students involved. The support documents for the lesson plans provided proved to be appropriate for their respective activities. Though help was offered and encouraged throughout the lesson, students were able to work independently or within their groups. Throughout the lesson, I could see tremendous improvement in the students ability and confidence in every technology used. I felt that the grades were indicative of the work.
